👩🎓👨🎓Over 15,000 students and teachers from all over Romania participating in "Biodiversity Education in Urban Spaces" project, funded by Raiffeisen Communities and co-financed by the Erasmus+ ”European Platform for Urban Greening (EPLUG)” project, will use in their in-class activities educational materials developed within this project.
🥬🏡The Romanian Association of Landscape Gardeners, Bucharest-Ilfov Branch, a partner in the project, will support students and teachers to become more aware about the environment and the importance of the green sector.
↕️🎯🧩By going through the materials developed in the „Biodiversity Education in Urban Spaces” project, students:
– will become aware of the importance of pollinators for local ecosystems and the role of carrying out activities to protect them;
– will develop transversal skills;
– will promote the activities dedicated to nature conservation as a model of good practice in the field of green transition (in line with the targets proposed by the European Green Deal).
