Function of board of advisors
A mechanism for a good implementation of the project is the external Board of Advisors, which will consist of staff representatives from project associates that have a clear understanding of the project objectives and the societal needs that are at stake in this project.
The Board of Advisors will supervise review processes and independent external quality assessment, provide feedback and input, and be our critical friends – checking if we are to the right things and doing things right.
Process steps towards installation of the advisory board
After defining the role of the Board of Advisors and its members, we set eligibility and selection criteria and the calendar of selection. It was followed by a call for selection, nomination of board members by project representatives in each country, evaluation and communication of the results.
In April 2021 we established the EPLUG Board of Advisors with its 9 members.
